Sunway Homes have a wall thickness of 8", allowing the installation of 9" of fiberglass with an insulation rating of R-30 and producing a higher comfort level in the home and energy savings of 50% or more.

Due to the added insulation afforded by the thicker exterior walls of a Sunway Home, outdoor noises are either totally eliminated or substantially reduced when compared to a typical wood framed home.
